In every Greek kitchen you will find several types of balsamic vinegar. It is always a question of which flavor you want for the particular dish you are serving.
Balsamic vinegar made from concentrated grape juice is thicker in texture, sweeter and more aromatic than ordinary wine vinegar and is primarily used as a dressing directly as a topping on salads but also as a spice for sauces or as a delicious syrup for desserts or cheeses.

It is actually only your imagination that sets the limit to where you can use the balsamic vinegar that you can choose here.

Balsamic Glaze

Balsamico Glace is basically a balsamic vinegar that has been boiled down to a thick caramel-like mass. In other words, the grape juice is boiled in twice to reduce it as much as possible. The viscous Balsamico Glace is typically almost black and tastes fantastic. Pour a thin strip over grilled vegetables, a good tomato-mozzarella salad or use it as a creative decoration on the plate, as in the finest restaurants. The icing on the cake is simply a good Balsamic Glaze 

Balsamic Cream

You could say that Balsamic Cream is a bit of both/and... It lies between the traditional Balsamico and Glacen. but is no less interesting for that reason. It's creamy and tasty and actually one of our best selling products. Try e.g. the extremely tasty Balsamic Cream with orange from the Agia Triada monastery on the Akrotiri peninsula near Chania in Crete.
