Refund Policy

If you regret your purchase (right of cancellation):
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;

a) have received your item
b) takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
c) gets physical possession of the last lot, or the last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given at or telephone 70231201.
In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send with return. You will find it sent with your order
You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

You lose your right of withdrawal if;
- you break the seal on goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

What should I send back?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or invoice. Shipping goes faster if you also fill in our standard cancellation form, which you will find in the package with your goods.
