Here you get beautiful black Spanish olives of the Empeltre variety, which are slightly sweet and with very little acid and bitterness, as well as notes of green apples and almonds.
These olives are without brine, just salted so they taste great and can keep. That's why they're easy to grab straight from the glass or pour into a bowl, ready to eat!
Serve them with a glass of delicious Spanish wine or a cold beer, or as a snack before the main meal arrives on the table. You can of course also use them to complete your masterpiece of a tapas table!
