The marinade consists of herbs and garlic as well as a light acid, which really helps the flavors of the beautiful green olives on their way!
Manzanilla means little apple in Spanish, and they got their name because of their resemblance to small green apples. The taste is mild and sweet with notes of fresh grass, almonds and figs. They have almost no sharpness, just light and complimented bitterness that gives a fantastic taste experience!
Serve these beautiful olives with cold drinks, as snacks or to satisfy the small hunger before the main meal comes on the table. Bon appetite!
