Mrs. from Manousakis Winery in Crete is an incredibly pleasant dry red wine with aromas of black berry, cranberry and some nutty character. Medium-bodied wine with gentle acidity, rounded tannins, and lots of ripe dark berries with soft vanilla notes. The wine is immediately ready to drink.
Pairing: Red meat, lamb or goat and particularly suitable for charcuterie.
The wine is made from 80% Syrad and 20% Romeiko and contains 13.5-14% alc.
Romeiko: Ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 C.
Maceration takes place for approx. 7 days. Fermentation then continues
in used barrels where the wine matures for 6 months
Syrah: Ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 C.
Maceration takes place for approx. 12 days. Then the storage continues in stainless steel tanks
for 12 months.
