Beronia Rueda Verdejo is a monovarietal white wine made from 100% Verdejo grapes. It is well balanced with light acidity and pleasant bitterness at the end, which also often characterizes the Verdejo variety.

On the nose it is fresh and floral, with aromas of freshly cut grass and fresh leaves. In the mouth it is fresh but soft, easy to drink and exotic in expression. In the glass it is heavy and makes beautiful curtains, as well as has a nice, green glow!

Serve it with dishes with fish, shellfish or poultry as well as rich pasta dishes with cream, vegetarian dishes or smoked charcuterie. It is phenomenal at cutting through the stronger flavors due to its well-balanced acidity, leaving the mouth fresh and ready for the next bite!
