Chardonnay Impromptu from Dourakis is a particularly flavorful white wine that is clearly designed for Northern European palates, but still retains the Greek flavor. The wine is 12.5% and is stored in oak barrels for 4 months before bottling. Has a gentle pleasant taste of fennel and vanilla.

The word Impromptu comes from both Latin (In promptu) and French (impromptu) and is actually a lyrical musical expression for improvisation, being unprepared, but also has the meaning of not being finished or incomplete. Chardonnay Impromptu IS finished, but can also be stored, whereby it only becomes more and more perfect.
