The classic version of Espinaler sauce has been the whole reason for the success of the Espinaler brand, which in the 50s started out as a small bar that served canned fish. Here the owner's wife Espinaler invented the sauce as an accompaniment to the fish, and this flavor combination became immensely popular throughout Europe! Due to this popularity, Espinaler could now start canning their own fish, and since then it has only grown bigger and bigger!
It can be used to season olives, fish, shellfish, eggs, chips – yes, there really are no limits!
For example, you can also use it in drinks, just like you do in Barcelona – here it is used together with vermouth to give a fresh breath!
