This wine is of multidimensional variety referring to the Agiorgitiko grape. The grapes grown in the mountainous Koutsi and Asprokampos regions of Nemea are harvested, processed with the grape skins in contact with the must for 14-18 hours, allowing the wine to acquire its final rosy hue and the typical aroma of the variety.
Deep rose color. Fruity aroma dominated by the flavors of cherry and gooseberry - both typical of the Agiorgitiko grapes grown in this highland - gives a cool refreshing taste. Accompany this wine with pasta, white meat, pizza without garlic and other dishes. The wine is also suitable with Chinese and other Far Eastern cuisine. To achieve optimal enjoyment, serve this wine between 8 and 10 °C.
