Cavino Moshofilero Mantiniea is perfect for fish and seafood dishes due to its wonderful freshness and notes of apple, pear, citrus and honey.
It is light and dry with a good, balanced aftertaste. It is also suitable for slightly acidic dishes such as ceviche or other fish in acidic stock.
Can also be enjoyed on its own as a light summer wine!
