This ham is nothing less than a culinary jewel, made by professional ham makers with great knowledge of the traditions and executed with artisanal precision!

With a weight of at least 7 kg, you get plenty for the big company, or to have the opportunity to mash yourself in the wonderful ham for a long time!
It is aged for more than 30 months and the pig is 50% Iberico pig and 50% Duroc pig, which is the only pig breed approved to cross with the Iberico breed.
This pig has been fed delicious Spanish acorns, so you get just the right Iberico flavor and fat marbling!
When you have opened your delicious ham, it simply needs to be left on a ham holder in a dry place and covered with a tea towel. Here it can last for up to 2 months.
