It is full-bodied, intense and fruity at the same time as having the characteristic freshness that white wine brings to the table. Drink it with light meat, fish and poultry and enjoy how the flavors merge and bring the whole dinner to a higher level.
The Roussane grapes are gently pressed and the juice matures in new French oak barrels for 6-7 months. All the barrels are replaced with new barrels every four years, so that the taste always matches expectations.
The alcohol percentage is 14.5% and the acidity is 6.4 g/l.
