This beautiful, deep purple red wine from Crete is perfect for weekend treats!
With undertones of vanilla, black pepper, oak, black and red fruits as well as smoky notes and a long aftertaste, it goes well with dishes that have a lot of juice and power.
Red meat such as lamb and beef, hard aged cheeses and spicy food are excellent playmates for this tasty wine. It is matured in open casks under controlled temperatures and aged for over 10 months in new oak wine barrels. The alcohol percentage is 14.5%, which together with the intense tannins gives a delicious, full-bodied wine with lots of flavour. Yamas and have a great weekend!
